Ordering

You can cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of signing your purchase order. Please reach out to a sales representative immediately if you need to make any adjustments to your order, as we usually begin the printing process within 2 days of signing.

Please fill out the contact sheet here or send an email to your sales representative to request customization to any of our products or to quote a fully custom print. Our sales representatives will reach out to you via email within 3 business days to confirm your request and provide a quote. To view all customization options, please visit our customization page.

When you are ready to order, please fill out the contact sheet here or send an email to your sales representative to request a quote. Please include the product name and all customization requests. Pikus will respond within 3 business days to provide a quote for your project.

Once you have contacted us via email with the specification of the piece(s) you would like to order, Pikus will reach out with a quote within 3 business days. From there, the quote will be finalized with all customization, shipping, printing, and installation information. Once your purchase order has been signed, your pieces will begin the printing process.
Product Information and Specification

Specific product information can be found by visiting the page of the product you wish to view and downloading the product data sheets available in the downloads section. Included in this sheet are dimensions, weight, material specifications, installation information, and more.

To specify a PikusPrinted™ product, please refer to the product data-sheet found within the product page downloads section. Generally, products will be specified as follows: “Pikus™ Bolide Oval, Bolide 1”.

Safety data for PikusPrinted™ products can be found here. Pikus cannot guarantee the safety of any materials outside of PSM-27™ and 3D poly-grout. All attachments and engagement features can have safety data sheets provided upon request.
Customization

Please visit our customization page for detailed information on customization options. Generally, customization includes scale, artwork, embossing, seat surface material, modularity, PikusEngagements™ ( engagement features), and PikusStructures™ (structural elements).

Depending on the requested customization, your product price will change. Generally, the addition of any feature will increase the price. PikusSenses™ will be on the lower end of price adjustments while adding PikusEngagements™ may up the cost significantly due to the price of plumbing, gas lines, special coatings, and electrical elements.
Shipping

Generally, your product will be shipped out within 28 days from the signing of the purchase order. This process may be extended due to specific coating processes, integrated features, and customization features. After it is shipped out, you will be provided with a tracking number.

Yes, Pikus can provide expedited shipping. After the purchase order is signed, if expedited shipping is requested the print will begin the next day and the piece(s) will be shipped out within one week.
